BAW Group prides itself on our ability to successfully create and manage a diverse portfolio of real estate and land development projects.

Our most recent new construction projects involve a GREEN concept of adaptive reuse and conversions where both older and historic buildings and architecture can be preserved and brought to life with modern amenities and new uses. The harmonious blend of vintage and contemporary makes for uniquely popular dwellings, which are both exciting and highly sought after. Explore our portfolio of representative single-family homes and multi-family communities below. Some of which are currently available for either sale or rent.

Some of our past projects were new construction, detailed luxury resort homes in the Telluride, Colorado region. These beautiful, single-family homes were built on spec and sold for $1,000,000 to approximately $3,000,000 prior to their completion. These homes and their level of detail helped us form the foundation of our company. We transcribe the principles used on these homes into any new project we take on.

When it comes to new construction, BAW Group enjoys the details and is adept at knowing what features and amenities sell a home. In addition, we offer the highest quality craftsmanship. In these homes, we used recycled timbers, rough cut timbers and natural stone. As showcased by our homes in Colorado, our designs and architecture complement the natural beauty of the environment and homeowner lifestyle.
