Some of our past projects were new construction, detailed luxury resort homes in the Telluride, Colorado region. These beautiful, single-family homes were built on spec and sold for $1,000,000 to approximately $3,000,000 prior to their completion. These homes and their level of detail helped us form the foundation of our company. We transcribe the principles used on these homes into any new project we take on.
When it comes to new construction, BAW Group enjoys the details and is adept at knowing what features and amenities sell a home. In addition, we offer the highest quality craftsmanship. In these homes, we used recycled timbers, rough cut timbers and natural stone. As showcased by our homes in Colorado, our designs and architecture complement the natural beauty of the environment and homeowner lifestyle.

Merchants Lofts IV

The building was originally constructed in 1846 by Ellis Reeves and Samuel Cornett for their dry goods and general store, it was built in Italianate style and saw a considerable number of improvements over the years.
